I think this is a southbound train at Newport AR. The Headlee Drug in at 422 Front Street in the Watson Building, the depot behind the train, and the curve all fit. I found the information about Headlee Drug and the Watson Building in the Historic Walking Tour of Newport available from the Jackson County Historical Society. Great photo!
