This new kit is based on a structure built in Coffeyville Kansas around 1919. Its function was to receive "green" sand, dry it, and then deliver it into locomotive sand boxes. The structure, which housed two sand dryers, is designed to service two tracks. A sand bin is also included. Features all laser-cut parts, Peel & Stick windows, doors, and trim, and detail parts for constructing the delivery pipe system. Measures 7 5/8" L x 2 1/2" W x 5" H.
